542.36 Continuing violations.—Violations commenced prior to October 1, 1980, and continuing after the effective date shall be actionable as provided in this part. The fact that any conduct occurred prior to October 1, 1980, shall not affect its relevance in proving that a violation of this part has occurred or is occurring.
